Code of Ethics

We at Fallen Diggers Incorporated maintain our social responsibility and patriotic duty includes recognising the importance of preserving Australia’s military history and honouring all ADF members past and present.

  1. Fallen Diggers Inc. is are obliged to honour the rules as laid out by the model rules for an incorporated association under the Victorian Associations Incorporations Reform Act 2012.
  2. Fallen Diggers Inc. will respect wishes about privacy, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
  3. Fallen Diggers Inc. will act honourably towards other military researchers and historians and the field as a whole.
  4. Fallen Diggers Inc. will acknowledge help from others and respect their request for privacy, except where compulsion of law requires disclosure.
  5. Personal information from all persons making contributions or donations will not be passed onto a third party.
  6. Fallen Diggers Inc. will issue a receipt for all donations that are received.
  7. Acknowledgement of all donations will be posted on our Facebook page unless the person/company request to remain anonymous.
  8. All funds raised for Fallen Diggers Inc. are for research, archaeological surveys and administrative purposes only.
  9. Fallen Diggers Inc. financial reports will be made available on request from the members of the public.
  10. All complaints and concerns are to be brought to the attention of our President, Mr Dennis Frank at dennis@fallendiggers.com.au Attention to these issues will be handled in a professional manner and held in strictest confidence
